The Miller family has initiated a Frost School of Music Instrument Collection with a generous donation of a rare, early 18th-century Guarneri violin valued at $1.1 million. The violin will be named the Sue Miller Violin. The Frost School is one of the greatest music schools in the world. These fine and rare instruments will not only help attract brilliant musicians to the school but also help them have performance experiences at the highest level. The Frost School of Music is establishing a Miller String Quintet, to be comprised of world-class performance fellows in the school.
